How much money will the bank give you?
More than likely, you’ve heard the word ”pre-approval” tossed around before in real estate discussions. This is an important part of the process since we want to make sure we know what your budget will be before we start the process. We don’t want you to fall in love with a home, then find out the bank won’t lend you the money. I have built relationships with excellent professionals who can help with this step.
Where and what?
Next up, we want to hone in on specific areas in Calgary and what style of property you are interested in. For example, do you want a condo in the Beltline? A single-family home in Elbow Park? A townhouse in Inglewood? If you’re not entirely sure, we can work through this part together.

I always find that it’s helpful to curate a list of must-haves for your new home! Do you have a puppy? Let’s focus on properties with a yard! Work from home? Let’s make sure you have a functional home office!
