Before getting your home ready to sell, connect with me so that we can discuss where the market is currently at and if it makes sense for you to list right now! With just your address and a quick discussion about your home, I will be able to give you an approximate evaluation to see if it makes sense to continue with the sale process.

Property Visit and Price Recommendation.

If all looks good, we’ll set up a time that I can come through your property to view in person. After this visit, I will be able to confidently provide a recommended list price in order to efficiently market the home to potential buyers.

Property Photos and Marketing.

When it comes time to list your home, I advise my clients to schedule a meeting with my interior designer (at no cost to you), to provide staging advice and suggestions in preparation for the professional photos. Immediately after, I have my photographer take photos of the property to showcase your home beautifully to potential buyers. With these photos, I create digital and print media to market the property through social media outlets, internally to Charles’ 60+ agents and other realtor networks.
